yoga for kids

 

Younger children will learn yoga poses through movements and dance.  They will learn how to safely move their own bodies without effort, working by themselves, in partners and as a group.  Older children will go into a deeper understanding of yoga poses, doing breathing and meditation games.  All children will gain strength, flexibility and feel more confident about themselves, no matter how they look or who they are.
